In the Martín Cendoya Restaurant we respect tradition and, at the same time we reinvent ancestral recipes so that our diners discover a universe of sensations matched to our finest wines.
Located in our Eguren Ugarte winery in Laguardia, the Martín Cendoya Restaurant is open every day of the week. Diners can enjoy dishes –prepared with the finest local ingredients– that evoke sensations capable of satisfying the most demanding palate — especially when matched to our wines.
When in season, lamb chops from the excellent local flocks, cod “a la riojana” or veal cheeks become banquets when matched with wines from our cellar. Also, Eguren Ugarte wines can be matched with delicious salads, cheeses and top quality cured pork products.
Nuestro Chef - Starters: Tosted bread with our olive oil and Maldo´s salt. Leeks in Vinagrette sauce, Black pudding and roast peppers with Tomatoes of Vitorino's garden.
