Pursuant to the Law 15/1999 de Protection of Personal Information Act LOPD and its relevant legislation: Information on the existence of a personal information file and requests for permission for automated handling of the personal information contained therein. EGUREN UGARTE shall keep the information provided by the USER safe and private, as described in the Personal Information Protection Act.
On the personal information provided by the user in the registration form for www.tiendaegurenugarte.com:
Purpose of the Information: EGUREN UGARTE collects certain personal information that is freely entered in the form by the CONTRACTOR in order to provide several services, notify price changes, new services or changes in product or service characteristics offered by EGUREN UGARTE, as well as for answering and identifying requests made by the CONTRACTOR. To know his needs, we need to know who the person is. EGUREN UGARTE informs USERS that this information will be handled automatically for the administration, extension, and improvement of services as well as for technical and commercial purposes regarding the products and services offered. In any event, the information compiled and handled by EGUREN UGARTE is used solely for the purpose stated above.
Obligation to provide information: It is not necessary to provide any information to access Eguren Ugarte's web, www.egurenugarte.com.
However, to request information or a specific service the USER must provide information through one of the forms provided for that purpose. The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields. If these are not completed, the service cannot be rendered nor the information supplied.
Right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose: The CONTRACTOR or USER who enters his personal information into the forms has the right to access, modification, cancellation or opposition at any time by contacting info@egurenugarte.com, or by post, attaching a copy of the USER's Tax ID (NIF) to the request. In any event, EGUREN UGARTE undertakes to cancel any personal information compiled when it ceases to be required or relevant to the end for which it was collected.
Data transfer: Information is never passed on to third parties. EGUREN UGARTE only uses the information for the ends described and does not transmit the information to any other company. EGUREN UGARTE informs the CONTRACTOR that, through accepting the current general terms he gives his consent for the communication of his information necessary and essential for rendering the services contracted. The information was surrendered with this aim and therefore is related to the free and legitimate acceptance of the legal relationship between the CONTRACTOR and EGUREN UGARTE, whose development, fulfilment and control requires the communication of said information.
Security: EGUREN UGARTE guarantees absolute confidentiality and privacy of the information compiled and to that end has adopted security measures to avoid its alteration, loss, unauthorised handling or access and to guarantee its integrity and security. Nevertheless, EGUREN UGARTE shall not be liable for any incidents occurring to personal information when these are derived from: an attack or unauthorised access to the system carried out in such as way as to be undetectable or impossible to prevent even by current technological methods, or through the USER's or Contractor's lack of diligence in the safekeeping of his passwords, access codes and personal information.
Veracity of Information: The CONTRACTOR is responsible for the veracity of his information, undertaking to not introduce false data and to rectify the information where necessary. EGUREN UGARTE places at the CONTRACTOR's disposal all the means necessary for modifying his information. This can be done from the CONTRACTOR's unique, private and secure user area at www.tiendaegurenugarte.com and which he can access through the passwords obtained on registering. Thus, the CONTRACTOR must take particular care of his passwords. The CONTRACTOR further states that, when entering another's personal information, he does it with their consent and knowledge.
Spamming or unsolicited mail: EGUREN UGARTE does not send spam or unsolicited mail.
