General Conditions

Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card. In some cases, deposits for reservations, offers, promotions or special prices, may be paid using our on-line Pay Channel. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice in the hotel.

Your credit card details will be stored securely and confidentially as an additional guarantee. Eguren Ugarte undertakes to keep information provided by its clients strictly secret.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must do so before the arrival date specified on the original reservation document. In any other case the corresponding charges will be made as follows: reimbursement of the amount up to one week prior to arrival, loss of the deposit up to 24 hours before arrival. Should you not turn up at the hotel, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged for the first night's accommodation.

Once your reservation has been made, please print out the page titled "RESERVATION VOUCHER"; this is your proof of reservation and services contracted. Keep the voucher until your arrival at the hotel and show it to the receptionist. If you do not show your voucher on arrival, the hotel cannot be liable for any errors related to your reservation, rate, the number of people and/or the services contracted.

Keep your reservation's Tracking Number. You will need this to access your reservation details should you wish to modify them by calling 945 600 766.

Remember that all persons (including children) staying at the hotel must have personal identification. This can be requested in reception on arrival. Guests under two years old are considered to be babies. Those between the ages of 2 and 12 are considered children.

Those persons in possession of loyalty cards issued by our associate partners, must indicate their membership number when making the reservation and show the card in reception in order to obtain their loyalty points.

Rate calculations are based on 2-person occupancy of rooms. If reservations are made for more or less this number, the rate may vary. Drinks are not generally included in the half-board (breakfast and lunch) and full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) prices. Eguren Ugarte shall not be liable for nor guarantee uninterrupted access to the reservations site or that it be free from error. Under no circumstances will Eguren Ugarte be liable for loss or damage arising from use of the reservations site. Consequently, Eguren Ugarte reserves the right to act on any reservations made.
